BREEAM label

BREEAM certification is granted after a complete and independent analysis of several factors.

It is based on several aspects such as:

Each of these factors allows the allocation of points which will be useful in determining the overall score obtained. The label is divided into 6 possibilities:

- A score below 30% = unclassified,

- A score above 30% = pass,

- A score above 45% = good,

- A score above 55% = very good,

- A score above 70% = excellent,

- A score above 85% = outstanding.
