This 30-hectare logistics complex includes:

• Warehouses: Ten modular units of 7,500 sqm each, totaling approximately 73,000 sqm. Each warehouse features 10 loading docks and a clear height of 12 meters, allowing storage of up to 8,600 pallets.

• Offices: A main office building of 1,150 sqm, complemented by 300 sqm of office space integrated into each warehouse.

• Outdoor Storage Area: A 33,000 sqm open-air storage zone.

• Parking: Spacious parking facilities for trucks and cars, ensuring optimal accessibility for staff and visitors.

Accessibility & Connectivity

Ideally located in the maritime logistics zone of Zeebrugge Port, the site offers direct connections to highways E40, E34, and E403. This strategic position facilitates access to major consumer markets in Northwestern Europe and the UK.

Environmental Commitment

The project has achieved BREEAM "Excellent" certification thanks to several sustainable initiatives, including:

• Energy: Installation of solar panels covering all warehouse rooftops, with a total capacity of 8 megawatts.

• Heating: Gas-free heating systems using 320 kW heat pumps installed on the rooftops of each warehouse.

• Water Management: Rainwater harvesting systems for efficient resource utilization.

The following spaces will be available from July 1, 2025:

• Warehouses: Units of 3,737 sqm and 3,741 sqm.

• Offices: Spaces of 75 sqm and 76 sqm, available on the ground and first floors.

The rental price is set at €65/sqm/year.
